-Always look at another perspective.

Well, this one took a bit with several different options out there on the purchase.  Once you step back and look at things, sometimes the most obvious way to split things come up!  LOL.  I understand that we need different “eyes” looking at things to see options that others just overlook.  Maybe, we are so used to doing one thing, we forget to look at a new, even better way to do things or view things.  When we get into a rut of the same thing over and over, it sure helps for someone to shake you up!

When we originally looked at this property and talked about splitting the property, we thought the acreage could just be split with an easement in a different 40 parcel.  That parcel was easy to survey out and then do an easement to enter from the highway.  But, after the buyers started looking and they decided where they wanted to build, it was way better to split the property in the center of the creek.  It makes way more sense!  For the surveyor, it was a bit harder, but in the end, is for sure the best way to go.

The property was sold by Christy Love of Pride Homes and Real Estate.  Christy just finished her first calendar year at Pride and has done amazingly well in her new role.  If you have questions or have a property to list, feel free to give Christy a call.  She can hook you up with property or with a new home!
